As founders of a marketing agency and an eCommerce business, we began experimenting with hiring talent from across the globe to cut costs.

Together we eventually worked out the formula on exactly how to hire and manage high-performing offshore team members to power the growth of our own businesses. Not only was the talent exceeding expectations on the quality of their work and team integration, but they were a third of the cost versus hiring in the UK.

We thought "if we're blown away by the results, why don't we provide this as a service for other founders?".

And hence, Palm Outsourcing was born.
